Clean, Attractive Style
When I loaded up Promotion Boss, I was immediately surprised by the clean theme used by the site. It features a beautiful white and off-white style with hints of black and a spectacular green. I'm not sure if this theme is paid or free, but I would suggest keeping it. A few quirks with it though... The rank sets that you are using do not compliment your style as a whole. What I mean is, your style boasts a crispness of colors, but your ranks are kind of obtrusive. In addition, you have your rank as "Lead PB Admin." I mean, we're already on PromotionBoss, do you have to remind everyone in their ranks? Something to consider! Other than that, great style and appearance!
Weaknesses:
Just another promotion forum
So there was a time period that we had promotion forums popping up all over the place. I mean, with a success like Forum Promotion, I don't doubt their reasoning. I thought that period would pass, but we still see promotion forums come up here and there. I mean, hell, I'm an administrator on one. Promotion forums aren't bad in nature, but when they're just another promotion forum, they can become overbearing. I'm a huge advocate of having something that sets your forum apart from the rest, and I can't find something like that on PB. Yes, it does have an automated shop, but more and more forums are starting to have that as well. What I'm trying to say here is: find something that you can claim only Promotion Boss has. This could be a super cool service, but think more in depth. Find something that makes PB not just another promotion forum.
Lack of Forum Descriptions
When I loaded into the site, I thought the descriptions were broken. After awhile, I just realized that there were none! I'm not sure if you're trying something new, but it looks a bit odd. For example, from the index, I have no idea what the Admin Plaza is. "Community Reviews" is also a bit hazy without a forum description. In addition, having informative descriptions adds to the professionalism on your forum. If you look below, you can kind of see why it looks a tad awkward. I guess you could get used to it, but this is just my opinion.
Poor Grammar
I have seen much worse grammar, but the grammar you display and write with on your site, and official announcements, is less than average. Looking at your posts, you exhibit multiple run-on sentences, missing spaces, and minor spelling mistakes. While these can be overlooked, the professionalism of your site as a whole is highly impacted negatively because of your grammar. I understand that some people have difficulty with the English language (even though you seem like you have a decent grasp), so I suggest hiring someone to proofread your work and your website. This way, even though your English may not be up to par to be posted, your site still receives your words and stays professional.
Final Remarks:
Although Promotion Boss has a nice visual appearance, it's just another promotion forum. I would highly suggest you start to think about something that can set you apart from the rest. In addition, work on your grammar, use of "PB" around your forum and ranks, and the overall effectiveness of your forum. Good luck in the future! 🙂

Thank you mate,and I am trying my best to not make it another promotion forum, there is forum descriptions, you have to hover. Admin Plaza is a forum installation service.
I do see the descriptions now! I wasn't aware of those while I was writing this.
I can tell you're trying to make it unique with a few of your services, but I think it's going to take a little more than services to be unique. I honestly couldn't tell you what it's going to take, but good luck! 😀
