Promotion Era

Upon opening the front page of your site, nothing really caught my eyes. It was all just a little plain to me. The first thing that I suggest you look into is a new logo. Since you are focusing on being a promotion forum, which has more of a professional aspect, the logo should have a better design than a cool text logo. As I continue to look through your site, I noticed there are a lot of issues going on in the profiles. The avatar seems to be too big which is making text go in a vertical direction underneath it.
I do, however, like the user bars that you are using on your forum. They are very simple and they look professional. At the bottom of the page, I personally think it would be a great idea to add an affiliate bar so people can add their affiliate buttons to the forum. That would probably attract more people so they could have even more ways of advertising so initially, it would be helping your site and others.
🙂

I am guessing from the only staff members profile the day the forum was made on 9-25-2015 so the forum is less than a month old. I am very impressed at the number of members you guys have. That is really great considering the forum isn't that old, although a few of them are accounts that have yet to be activated. I recommend deleting those if they haven't been activated within a week or two. If they keep piling up in the member list and a lot of members say "Account not activated", it makes it look as if you're just keeping them to make the member count look high. It looks like most of your members have contributed a little bit. Averaging around 7-10 posts with most members. You are the most active member and that's good considering you're the owner. I do suggest maybe hiring at least one moderator so they can help you more with the forum so it doesn't look like you are pulling all the weight yourself. The Webmaster Lounge section of the forum seems to be tied with the thread count of the Community Lobby and it is also very close to the thread count of the Era of Entertainment section. You should probably be focusing on making more threads in The Webmaster Lounge section so the forums in The Community boards aren't the main focus of the forum. If that were to happen, it would take away from the main niche of the forum.

The first thing I want to add is that it's not very clear where your forum rules are. I suggest making a forum announcement or a pinned thread in the News and Announcements section for clarification on that. Looking around at a few posts, there aren't many spelling issues and that's great, it makes you look very professional. I did notice a few grammatical errors in some of the forum descriptions, though. "Talk here about hardware, software and games to keep everyone updated" Should be something along the lines of "Come here to talk about hardware, software, and games!". Even if you don't change it to something along the lines of that, you should probably add a comma after software. I also recommend changing "Become a part of the new era by introducing yourself to the once in a lifetime community of a new era. You can also get to know community members better inside this forum." to something along the lines of "Become part of the new era by introducing yourself. You can also get to know other community members better in this forum.".

Final Remarks
I see a lot of potential in your site! I really hope you take some of my advice, fix the errors that I noticed, and work on posting in other sections. 🙂
