Uptime and Reliability: Uptime and reliability are really good. I've had no issues in either department!
Technical Support: Technical support is really excellent.
Customer Support: ProphpBB is primarily a free host, so technical and customer support are one in the same pretty much.
Pros: Support staff are awesome, really friendly, problems get resolved promptly, if anything goes wrong on their end, they're prompt and quick in explaining exactly what went wrong.
Cons: None that I can really think of.
Final Comments: These guys are one of the best hosts I've ever used! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
How long have you been with this host? Technically since 2008. But my current forum has been with them almost 2 years.

I use prophpbb.com It is a free, easy way to create a forum. It is a super-cool domain. No-one know you got it for free!! It has a professional layout. I am amazed at it

I love how the sub domain is easy to remember unlike sites like Zetaboards. The prophpbb irl is just whatever.prophpbb. com. That's what I like. At least if one can't afford a professional domain, the sub domain is easy to remember.
