PS Brush Packs.

Wasn't exactly sure were to post this, but I need help on how to use brush packs I have found a few brush packs that I like, downloaded them but then it takes me to .rar and then I am completely clueless, so do any of you guys have a tutorial or offering to owe me help, +rep.

My Computer > Local Disk C > Program Files > Adobe >Adobe Photoshop CS4 > Presets > Brushes

Then upload the brushes into that folder.
