First Impressions & Appearance
When people first visit the forum, you wan to give them good first impressions, not bad like I got when I visited yours. The first thing I noticed is the banner, and it's horrible - sorry to be so blunt. It's very unprofessional and lacks originality and the text isn't the best by far. The Theme is also really band, and isn't anything special at all. Have you thought about getting a Custom Theme? I think it would really life your forum up to the next level.

Site Layout
The layout is really long and what's more, it's almost a blatant copy of FP's Layout. With the 'Basic Promotion' Board, I don't really think that 3 Boards is really necessary. If you wanted to have separate boards for different things, I think only 1 Sub Board for Affiliate Links would be all you need. I also think you've got too many General Boards, you should be able to compact it into 3 boards, or even two to keep the index length down.

Statistics and Activity
6 928 Posts, 911 Threads and 535 Registered Members are all really good stats - Well done! Apart form the General Discussion Category, the posts are also spread well throughout the board, which is great to see. In saying that however, you should try to encourage some more activity in those boards, maybe offer some more forum cash or a free service for a large amount of on topic posts.

Staff Moderation
From what I can see, you have 10 Staff, 3 of which are Administrators. Even for a Promotion forum that's way to many. 5 alone for the Package Team is also a lot, but I can see why you chose to have that many for that one team. For the other two teams, Super Moderators and Review Team both only have 1 member, I suggest trying to recruit for those two teams before the others.
