Well, today was the first day I've played my PS2 in a long while, and I was going to play Resident Evil 4. Well, once I started everything up and had the game on, a message came up and stated that there was no memeory of that game saved in my PS2. I turned off my PS2 and restarted it without the game in so I can check on my memory settings, and I found that over 15 of my PS2 games had no memory for it in my PS2. Almost everything I had stored in my memory card and on my PS2 was removed, and I haven't even beaten a couple of the games I had stored. So, is it true that the PS2 deletes some memory of games that you haven't played in along while? If not, then how was all of that memory lost? Is there a way I can get it back via my PS2?

No. It doesn't just delete memory.

Your card either became corrupt, you're trying to open the game with the wrong memory card slot, or you accidentally deleted it off of the card.

I didn't do any of that stuff. I just haven't played it in a long while, and I came back to it a couple of weeks ago and found that when I was trying to play my Resident Evil: 4 game, it said something like no such memory was stored in any files of this game or something.
