Hi.
From the list of games you own, not sure if you would like the ones I recommend, but they are certainly not lightweights in their genre.
First, if you missed out on
Shadow of the Colossus for the PS2, get the HD version packaged with its "spiritual" prequel
Ico for the PS3. If you like this game, you should also check out the sequel
The Last Guardian when it comes out 31 December.
A similar game worth checking out is
Journey. Although quite short, it is packaged with two other unusual but competent and entertaining games.
Journey is a theatrical experience, by which I do not mean cutscene heavy but something to be experienced: the music, the visuals, the unorthodoxy of it as a game. There is no dialog in this game, and when "journeying" with a fellow player you may meet online, communication is done non-verbally.
Bioshock Infinite. The first
Bioshock, which is also worth playing, comes packaged with it. I have never been a fan of first person shooters, but this one kept my interest. Plenty of first person shooting, some RPG elements, and a strong story. I was particularly interested in the game having one of the few examples of a strong female character, Elizabeth, who I would say is the soul of the game. No, you will not have to keep looking out for her; in fact, she will be a great help. (A post by me with more information on what I mean:

Mirror's Edge. First person... shooter? Not really. A lot of running, guns slow you down. Another unusual game, a visual treat.
Little Big Planet 1 and 2. Here is a decent review on this "platform for games":

Somebody mentioned
Bayonetta. That is certainly an insanely strange and highly entertaining game. Some of the most "epic" boss battles I have come across outside of "bullet hell" games.
Oh!
Sly Cooper, all of them (there is a collection). Long games, entertaining. Bang for your buck.
