I got a 360 for Christmas, so that makes the decision for me!! 😛

The Wii is the only next-gen console imo. It's the system that pushes gaming farther.

Its got to be PS3 for the driver updates built into the new discs. Also not bad having a BluRay player thrown in.

-razz- Okay, I know, it's not ALL that bad (now!). At one time I was a pretty avid PS2 fan... On the PS3, however, Sony dropped the ball. They dropped the ball hardcore, and that ball fell through a hall-of-mirrors error in the field.
MAYBE the PS3 introduction was good for the utterly rich and patient, but certainly not for me and MY bankbook.
Frankly, if people simply demanded a bit more from their dollar/pound/euro/yen, companies would actually be forced to put out. It's an inevitability that fanboys will ultimately destroy the industry, mostly because they'll accept and adore whatever their personal brand is, irregardless of flaws/price.
Now that is, of course, not to say I think anyone is stupid for buying a PS3! You may, in fact, 1) be rich and patient, 2) be uninformed (not necessarily a bad thing), 3) actually prefer it, 4) prefer Blu-Ray, or 5) simply don't give a damn either way.
And, again, that's not to say that PS3 has no redeeming values.
That IS to say, however, (despite more memory, a la Blu-Ray) PS3 is, at best, an equal to X-Box...... For much less software, and much, much more money.
I mean, let's face it, this console-generation is half over, and we don't even see MGS yet!? (aren't you guys sick of MotorStorm?)
PS3 MAY pull ahead at a later date, but by that time we, the gamers, may already be shopping for another console...
Bluntly, PS3 seriously, seriously disappointed me, and personally, I don't think Sony deserves the praise and fan-base they have for it.
Perhaps PS4 will be a different story.

I agree with what you posted there. One thing the PS3 isn't doing that well is because it came out at least 1 year after the 360 so most people would prefer that.
I hope the PS4 will make up for the problems but it highly depends when it comes out.

Xbox 360's live is just amazing lol.. I'm addicted to it like mad..

The Wii fad will die in under a year, and the PS3 is already beating the 360's sales everywhere. And its just going to keep rising seeing as some great games are on their way.
