I'm looking for someone with a good coding knowledge, and knows how to code a .PSD file. This is the file: http://dlsuite.com/graphics/portfolio.psd and I can only offer a good amount of FP$ right now.

You can't open up a .psd in photoshop and cut out the bits you need? :shrug:

Well I never heard of psd coder but if u know HTML u can code a website with a psd file. All u do with the psd file is cut out the pictures u would use for a HTML file.
