Number of Members: 6.9/10 - I am aware that this is new and you have restarted so 20 members is a nice amount although it could be better since your forum is restarting and at least one member normally comes back...
Number of Active Members: 4.5/10 - Most of your members have 0-10 posts which does not make it look that good. The highest posters are the staff which is somewhat good because they are dedicated yet you need to give some room for the members.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 6.3/10 - Your post count is not that bad but it is made up of your staff and one member which isn't a good thing. Try starting some posting contests to get your members a little more active. And award them with a custom rank or something.
Appearance (first impressions): 7/10 - I like the buttons at the top with the blue background although I would suggest moving the chat box to the bottom and, if you can, change the folder image to something else.
Layout: 3/10 - You placed the Playstation Portable category at the bottom which really isn't that good since it is your main topic of the forum. You put it in a cluster though which is good. Move Off Topic to the bottom and maybe put Welcome to PSP Blazin below it. I would also suggest an announcement section at the top or the bottom but that is fully up to you.
Moderation: 5/10 Your Global Moderators don't have that many posts which is a pretty bad thing because I know they are not taking their time to make topics in the right sections and it does not seem like they are dedicated.
Activity: 5.5/10 - Only 1 of your members has posted alot and that is GTA_BOY. As I said before, start some posting contests to get your members active. Also make a new forum or start a contest every few weeks so members don't get bored of the same old thing. And also have you and your staff start off some topics for the members to post in. It will get your forum going and makes it look very active.
Overall mark (out of 100): 60/100 - Could of been way better! Just post a little bit yourself and get your staff posting and dedicated. Once someone starts off posting, they will get dedicated and continue posting!
