Some admins will do their own staff evaluations and post them or message them to the users, however what about having your staff evaluate other staff and posting them publicly in a staff only board? Do you think it's a good idea to see what your colleagues think of you if you were on the staff team being evaluated? Or do you think it's better if it's kept private to keep arguments and drama from arising?

I think its better to keep it private. On a forum I work on, I was demoted because of an ex staff member. He started making me look really bad right before I was going to be promoted and he ended up getting me demoted for about a month. While that is over, I think I've learned it's best to keep your opinions between yourself and the owner or whatever instead of pointing it out to the whole community. During that situation, it felt like the whole site was turning against me and I'm sure other people would feel the same, that is why I am sticking to my answer.
