First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I see when I click your forum link is the banner, which really looks great. The unplugged plug re-emphasize what your site is about.
The background which is behind your forum index is also great looking.. A+ from me there.
You also appear to have a good layout, I see some minor issues but we will delve into that below.
All in all, the entire appearance is great. It is a nice sleek design. The white and black fit very well, and I can't suggest you do anything to make it look any better.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
From my first look at your layout, I didn't really notice anything seriously wrong, which is good.. however, I do have a few nitpicky things I want to go over with you:
First, in your Announcements category, I notice that you have your site updates board first, which is always a must, but you have Introductions second, and suggestions third. This shouldn't be. Introductions should be last, under suggestions.. so it would look like this:
Category: Announcements
--Board: Announcements
--Board: Suggestions
--Board: Introductions
I like the board you have for " Pull the Plug ".. you can fit all of the discussion forums in well, and it re-emphasizes your unique site.
The lounge also looks good but I have a few things to suggest..
First, you really don't need to have a whole board for rants and raves, I suggest just making it a subforum of " Adequately Blah " to reduce clutter.
I also don't really like the idea of that Advertise your site area being so big. If you really must have one of these areas, then just make it one board for site advertising and that's it. You're not a promotion forum. You don't need a board for people to have exchanges or request affiliates.
And, the " Coders " Corner " area doesn't seem to be working too well, with only 2 threads in total, I think it may be a good idea to hang up the towel on this area and just delete it.
Other than those minor issues, your layout is in good shape.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded roughly a month ago, and now has about 900 posts, and 15 or so members. This isn't bad, but it isn't perfect either.
Looking at your stats from the last 24 hours, I see a total of 28 posts and 2 topics, and no registered members. I suggest you kick it into gear and advertise your forum more, and also do more exchanges if you want to succeed.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I'm not seeing anymore staff other than you on the forum*, which is superb. You don't need anymore forum staff other than yourself right now.. when you get about 2,500 posts, I suggest you go ahead and pick up a Moderator.
* This is just from looking through many threads and posts; as I do not have an account, I was unable to check the official forum staff list.

Final Remarks:
Your board is really going to hit it off big if you step up the promotion and exchanges. THat I can say for sure. With such a unique name and Idea, I don't see this board having a problem taking off.

The extremely unique idea. I like how your site isn't just another Entertainment forum, it's about wireless entertainment, and has such a unique name.

I didn't really dislike anything other than those few layout problems.
