Kino - I helped a great deal with support in the freeforums.org support forum - then I was banned when I started filling graphic requests. In the end, I made better graphics for the members than the team did - so they put up a 'rule' saying that only the graphic team can fill the graphic requests on the board. I started getting tons of Private Messages asking to help make their banners. I still filled the graphic requests (the '1 man team' was getting behind) and applied to become part of that staff. They permanently banned me for helping out.
I left freeforums.org to help run prophpbb.com (forum host) and now mingle on a few different sites. I also make it a mission to get as many people who use freeforums.org to leave. Any other host is better than that one (I'm currently around 600 conversions).
