Is this even possible because I've searched the net and can find nothing at all that actually tells you how to implement a forum on a website using a forum that's already up and running. The most I got was jargon about frames...whatever they are.

To my knowledge there is no way to add a proboards forum into a website. The only way i think is to link to it.

Not possible mate, proboards is a remotely hosted script only hosted on theyre own servers.

You could point your domain to there nameservers or have a redirect thats about it.

As far as integrating a forum into your hosting ect stick with phpbb mybb or ipb free which is in fantastico if you run cpanel.

You might be able to put the boards into the website by using frames. Take a look into it because I've seen tons of sites use frames to actually put completely other sites into theirs.

Yes, frames it what I came across but wherever they were mentioned nothing explained about what they were or how to implement them.

I used proboards for the simple reason you can practically make it look like anything. Most other boards do not give as much freedom to edit their look via html/javascript.
