First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First thing I see when I visited your site was the lack of a forum logo/banner, your guest need this to tell them what your site is about, if I didn't already know I would have struggled to work it out, I then realized the qbone in the top left of your forum was in fact your logo, I did like the forum background and imageset as they fitted the theme of your site, I'm not a fan of the facebook style menu at the bottom and serves no real purpose, the other thing that drew my attention is the large google advert, if I was you either have this at the bottom of you site or not at all. I do like that members have a choice of themes and each is themed around different things in the Pokemon world, a very nice touch.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The overall layout is pretty good, and have forums in the right place what let's the site down is you have two many forums on the index page, look at making some of the less active ones, sub-forums as guest don't like scrolling for ages just to see what is happening, also you garbage forum does not need to be on public show, either keep it for only staff or registered users only.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You gave me the date of October 2008 so you have been open 17 months but only have just over 10,000 post which is around 9 posts a day, this needs major improvement and probably why your site is so quiet, if there is nothing new to post to members will leave, this shows with the fact that out of 709 members only 68 are active, you should be looking to be averaging at least 50 posts a day if not more. Look at using the posting packages to get some new post done then look at using the exchange forums to boost you post count.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well from what I could tell you have 3 active moderators and yourself which is plenty for your forum, there were no obvious problems that I could tell, you need to use your staff to help drive your activity up more but other than than, you staff seem to be doing a good job.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
For me this is one of the best parts about your forum, all the forum titles and descriptions have no obvious spelling or grammar issues and from the posts and topics I read all were well spelt and written and it was a pleasure to read, so for this section you get top marks well done.

Final Remarks: Your site is suffering do to lack of major activity, you really need to up your post count, to compare you to your rivals I used google for pokemon forums and the first one it came out with was The PokéCommunity, it was straight away eye catching and at the time had 307 users online, you need to use these other forums to see what they are doing that you are not and look at using some of their ideas and implementing them on your site and improving them, Like I said get some posting packages done and some post exchanges done and also see if other pokemon forums off an affiliate service and if they do link up with them and this could increase the traffic to your site.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The ability to switch themes and how they are all themed around Pokemon
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The lack of activity and on the default theme a lack of a site banner.
