That's what I read, it's a little confusing if you have two different time intervals posted on two different parts of this forum...

Yes the bolded part says "also" which means that the first part is the most important reason for this warning. You guys should fix that so the amount of time doesn't confuse others, it's not very clear at all

I didn't know what you were talking about because most of it did not apply to me as you said... You only had to include the bolded part, I don't see why you needed all that before it.
