It is legitimate, I have used in the past. Basically how it works is: you search for something, an ad sidebar will be displayed on your browser with earning amounts, you click on one of them, and the money amount is "deposited" into your Qmee bank. You don't earn a lot unless you do a lot of keyword heavy searches and even then it is not too much more. A positive was you could cash out anytime right to PayPal, or check if you wanted.
