Not sure if this classed as technical, so sorry if it's in the wrong place.
For some reason I've had a lot of bots viewing my forum today; I've never had more than 30 and I've usually only had that many from updating Facebook/Twitter with our link. I've been online several times today and there's been 30+, often 40+ bots viewing the forum at one point. Aside from some viewing different areas, most of them seem centered on one particular blog. There's a lot of repeated IP's and some of them are from "TrendMicro" which appears to be an anti-virus company; I've also got some others with "Dynamic" in their name that seem to originate from the US.
This is a bit of a random thread but I'm basically just wondering if it's considered normal, and whether or not I should be concerned where all the random bots suddenly came from?
