forum post exchange? Really, that's a thing now? why not have a budget of $20 and hire people to posts 10 posts each.
Seen guys accepting even lower rates, like 0.05 cents per post.

I'm sure you are right, not everybody has a budget. But as soon you get google PR and maybe some decent traffic I'm sure you can sell a couple of links and banners and invest all that back into the forum throw the form of content.n
