Question on Maya 3d

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone had experience with Maya 3d? I have a few questions:

One: Is it worth it compared to other modeling software

Two: Is it dependable?

Three: Is it easy to use and get used to

I hear it is best for animation, but 3DS Max is better for modelling... But that's just me eavesdropping on unreliable conversations.

Did you know that Disney/Pixar worked with the developers with Maya so they could make Toy Story? True story...

Honestly I would go with 3DS Max but that's just me, it costs the same amount. And it's made by the same people.

Get Autodesk Maya if anything. Superior over all.
