Question

Why not list the site and domain for auction on a few webmaster and trading forums? You can view a list of them here.

Set the auction starting bid at $30 (because you already have a $25 bid) and a bid increment of somewhere between $2 and $5. Then see how the auction goes and what you can sell it for. The true value of your domain / site is what you can get someone to pay for it.

There's no need for the current bidder to get angry as you are entitled to get whatever you can for it.

It's a nice domain so good luck with it.

$5 for a PR1 with 2000+ backlinks and quite some traffic?!?! Should be worth at least $15. You are thinking of a new domain that hasn't been touched. This one has been advertised quite some bit, and so that will make the price increase.
