The Book Nook
A Q&A with Bazinga! and Zezima
Questionnaire:
1) What do you think of the new "theme" of the forum?

I find it rather impressive. Astounding, even. Possibly the most (professionally) customized Zeta-rooted board software I've seen. Its prismatic presence and bookish charm are prevalent and get the idea across exceedingly well. Though I might venture to say that the seemingly random inclusion of #e5b7a5 as a background color throws it off a bit, but that really doesn't detract from the overall marvel of the theme.
Both "My Journal" and "Well Read" are extremely pleasing themes.
2) What changes adjustments would you add to the forum to attract more members?

Honestly, it does what it does well. The only thing I can think of that you need to do now is put more emphasis and effort on promoting and increasing awareness of the site. The rest should come to the members naturally. You've done quite a bit already.
Perhaps organize community events that involve the whole site, such as periodic book readings, or contests that award original writing. Otherwise, just keep spreading the word, you've done a fine job thus far.
3) Would you add an RPG section to the forum?

I would, but I'd keep its emphasis minimal, depending on long-term focus and goals of the site. Roleplaying adds another element to writing, but it's often cheapened when no real moderation or oversight is kept in place. However, if you're confident you can keep a quality standard and set good firm guidelines on what's acceptable from a writing standpoint of roleplaying, then by all means, thoughtful roleplay is an entire realm of its own to add to your voluminous repertoire of varieties and forms of writings.
I'd say yes, at least experiment with it to gauge reception and what direction it takes, and if you're pleased with the outcome, grow and expand it as necessary.
