Pros:
Very nice theme! Looks really good and it matches the logo well! Forum look lined up very well, nothing really looks out of place on your forum. Having a portal is also a plus!
The nice little "Welcome" box is nice, pretty nice here!
Great index length as well.
Cons:
Very bland services, promotion forums are popping up nowadays like mushrooms ater a rainstorm in the rain forest! You need to offer something different and unique to your forum, that will get some bites.
I can also see some images missing in the navigation bar, and the images load very slowley.
Having a forum just for staff applications looks messy and unneeded. A simple pm to the Administrator would work, leaving these forums out in the middle of your forum just does not look good.
I also can't tell why the graphics forum has a status. Do your workers make images?
Final/General Thoughts:
Overall, very nice forum, I would look on changing the navigation bar as well as the staff forum applications. Also adding new a different services will look way better.

The nice layout and the theme. Great logo and the portal looks great and it functions very well!
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The unoriginal services and staff application forums in the middle of the index. Also the fact that I do not understand some of your forums, with them being out of place.
