Quick PayPal Question

Well, I've created a paypal account, unverified and got someone to donate a small amount of money to me (1 cent or so), I tried sending it back and got this message:

Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.

Go to Account Overview page and check why your account has limitations added to it, I have been an unverified member before and never had trouble with payments, and PayPal to PayPal payments should work just fine on any type of account 🙂

I can't send money to paypal members, I keep getting that message. It also says that someone tried to go on the account and thats why they added limitations.

Should I just create a new account. Also, I'm in Canada, if it effects me in any way.

When I logged in that showed up on the screen.

Have you ever done any transactions on your Paypal? That could've made your account limited if you did something "wrong." I guess you may as well make a new account, but I'm sure you have a bank account, so verification actually shouldn't be an issue.
