Pros: The skin is simple, and makes your focus more on the content more than the skin. You are running MyBB, which is a pretty good forum software. Simple, but good looking. You have MODs loaded in on your forum that really help, like Cash and Rep.

Your forum is pretty small, I think, due to the amount of forums that actually use this topic: Chat. Also, there are many, many forums that could be subforums. For example: "Poll Booth" could be a subforum of "Debate Hall". "Fact or Myth" could also go in "Debate Hall"
