Quick Reply Error

I'm trying to install the Quick Reply Mod for phpBB. I did whatever the instruction said. But when I view the installation page, it gave me this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function session_begin() on a non-object in /home/vhosts/www.spotah.info/contrib/install/install.php  on line 20

Version: Phpbb 3.0.6

phpbb 3 has a quick reply already installed

edit: you should also upgrade to 3.0.7 PL1
