The Appearance/Theme
The theme that you have used for the AdminAds forum is very easy on the eye and is the kind of theme that you would expect to see on a forum such as AdminAds. The best part about it is that it is clean, there is no unnecessary features, besides the laminate flooring that acts as the backdrop for the theme. You also have very neat and relevant forum icons for each forum which suggests that this forum is ran by someone who cares about the aesthetics of their forum.
Weaknesses:
The Layout
Although your theme looks good and you have lovely individual forum icons, the actual layout of your forums in terms of where the categories are located don't seem to be the most convenient and some of the categories are merged together when they probably shouldn't be - at least in my opinion. Firstly, your Community category is at the bottom of the forum, many forums tend to have this category at the top because it is the main way for staff to get a message out to their community. At the bottom, it is the last thing that you're going to see and you're less likely to see the latest threads from the staff team. Now to the categories that are merged when they probably shouldn't be. I feel that the "Information Center & Community Lounge!" should not be together, they should be two different things. The Information Center should be an area that the new members that are here for AdminAds can come in, post a thread and get a warm welcome and see the latest information from the staff team. They should then scroll down and see the main areas of the forum, then finally the Off-Topic area, or "Community Lounge".
Statistics and Content
If I'm honest, your forums statistics aren't the best for a forum that has been open for four months or so. I have seen many forums with the same kind of genre as yours that have been open for around about or less than four months with more posts than AdminAds. The reason? Probably because they have been putting just that little bit more effort to try and advertise their forum and get the word out there. My suggestion is that you do the same, up your game and utilize all of the promotional forums out there, a lot of these can be found here.
I have also seen that you have many forums that have not been posted in for a while, when you can see the day/month/year layout for the recent posts, that is when things start to look a little bit ugly and people are driven away because your forum seems to be dead. To fix this, I suggest that you create some content for these "dead" categories and make them look active once again. If you do this, you may attract more members - because everyone would love to be part of an active community.
Final Remarks:
Overall, you have a lovely, clean theme. You just need to start to advertise in a lot more forums in order to get yours noticed and try a bit harder to spread the word than your competitors. You should also start posting new content in "dead" looking categories/forums on your site. Keep it up, don't give up and you are sure to see your forum grow.
