Pros:
The theme is awesome, especially the background image. You seem to have good activity and quite a bit of members. Most of your staff seems to be pretty active and well liked. You have a good amount of staff compared to the amount of members that you have. I like the updates on the right side as it will help members see if their posts have been replied to a lot quicker, but it could get crowded and make the site load slower occasionally. The forum icons that you have go with the site good. I like how you bought forum software. It shows that you actually care about your forum and are willing to do what you can to make your forum as good as you can.

Cons:
When I first went to the site, I didn’t even realize I was on the forums. I thought it was your portal and I had to click on a button to go to the forums. The Gallery images need to be removed from the forums. There seems to be way too many forums. I’d say get rid of the Soundtrack, Character, and Na’vi Language forums and just put all of those threads in the Avatar General Discussion forum instead as those forums don’t seem to be getting much activity anyway. Get rid of the Avatar 2 category, make both of those forums 1 forum and just put that forum in the All Things Avatar category. I’d also get rid of the Reviews forum. If people want to review something, hen they can review it in the same section that they’d discuss the same item. You have 1 admin and 1 moderator who don’t seem to be very active and I’d suggest asking them to be more active, or maybe demote them. It never looks good to have inactive staff. There’s way too much blank space underneath the status updates on the right side. Either get rid of the status updates have the forums take up the space, or add something else into that space.

Final/General Thoughts:
You should add a key to the footer of your forum so that people know what each forum icon means. Keep advertising and this forum will go far.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
The activity and the background image. I also love how you bought an IBP license.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The amount of forums that you have. It makes the page too big and takes too long to find a specific forum.

Thank you. I can't see myself cutting down on that many forums but perhaps some of the general ones. Also disabled the gallery photo strip on the board index. (That also added some unnecessary load..)
