Your Quick Review
Pros:
- Overall, there is a great layout of the forums. The names aren't too lengthy nor are the forum descriptions. But I would suggest adding descriptions to the forums under the coding category.
- The banner looks very nice and professional. But it seems a bit rough around the outline of the "Creation" text. Not too big of an issue. Maybe adding some sort of image on the banner would also be more interesting?
- The forum isn't too active, but it's alright for a forum only open for a week. Maybe a bit more advertising in the right forums should get you more active members.
Cons:
- The theme is a bit too dark for my taste. Maybe a choice between a dark/light theme for member's should be better.
-The red text colors for the links are also pretty weird as they just stand out there. Maybe changing it to something like green would go with the flow a bit more.
- Maybe a bit more activity in some forum's such as the coding area would be better. You could get people to post in those forums, such as paid posting, or you can simply do it yourself and make good discussion threads, etc.
Final/General Thoughts: Overall, I think that the forum is great and friendly, but maybe a bit more topics and threads throughout the forums.
What was most liked about the website/forums: I really liked the category headers, I thought that they looked really cool.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: I personally disliked the darkness of the theme. I thought it was a bit too dark for my viewing pleasures and I think it can easily be fixed by allowing users to choose between a light and dark theme.
