Site Structure
The forum is laid out pretty well which makes the forum easy to use. One of my pet peeves is not being able to find my way around a site, it doesn't matter if it's a forum, blog or website. It has to be easy and simple to use or the guests will get frustrated enough to leave pretty quickly and never join.
Weaknesses:
Originality
Unfortunately, I'm not finding a whole lot of unique or original content on your forum. You have to make your forum stand out from the crowd so that you'll get noticed. Try coming up with services that are different from everyone else. I know your forum offers tutorials but they feel a lot like blogs to me and a lot of forums offer blogs to their members.
Design Quality
There are a few things that bother me about some of the graphics on your forum. First, while it's nice to have little icons next to each area of the forum, I don't think that the little icons are matching the rest of your forum. The little icons seem "old fashioned" in nature and the rest of your site doesn't look that way. Also, the yellow area between the header and your forum is an ugly and is unpleasing to the eye (at least, in my opinion). If you are going to have that on your forum, change it up so that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
Site Statistics
While your statistics aren't horrible, I think you can do better. You do offer a wide array of topics to discuss, which is good, but you could make some changes in the 'Originality' area that would help in this area as well. You could also offer contests on your forum and you could even ask your members what sort of contests they'd like to see or the prizes they'd like to see offered in those contests. That may even promote more discussion on your forum.
Final Remarks:
Your forum has the potential to really go far if you'd take the time to offer something different to your community and potential members. I think that is the main thing for your forum, being unique enough to set yourself apart from the crown. But I know you will work hard and hard work will pay off in the end.
