Pros
Your forum has only been open for 10 months but has received over 48000 messages, this is really great activity that you should be happy with. The number does look a bit too much for me so I do get the feeling you have had some databases merged in.
I like the way you are using Xenforo and the members are interacting and making full use of all the features the software supplies.
The christmas theme is a nice, it is clean and easy to navigate.
Lots of members are online at all times, a large amount of guests and members.
Your members posts are well written, long and grammaticaly correct. There are no major spelling mistakes.
Most topics are interesting and contain a good discussion.
Cons
I feel that you have too many boards in each section, most only have around 20 topics each. It would be much easier to manage and for members to read if you merged some together so you had at least 40 topics on each board.
The shadow on the logo doesn't really work, it looks like a quick job. I would suggest getting a more professional looking logo.
Apart from the header, the theme doesn't feel very christmasy.
Most of the board descriptions are very short and don't give me much information
The name of the forum, Fix It Wiz Kid, suggests to me a support forum. When i view your forum it feels much more like a discussion forum for technology.
