Pros
- You have a .com TLD. Getting a domain before opening is always a good idea, well done.
- You have got over 400 posts and 92 members since opening this month. This is pretty good, well done.
- I like your banner. It flows with the forum very well. My only thought is you could center it. I think it would look better centered.
- You are unique with a dark skin. Not many promotion forums have a dark skin, and personally I love it.
- I like that you have latest topics on the sidebar. It shows members how often you get posts.
Cons
- Your activity. You only have one or 2 topics in each board. You really should have got at least 10 in each board before opening.
- You have 444 posts with 92 members. This means you have an average of 5 posts per member. This is not good at all. You need to get more active posters, try doing an active for active exchange with someone here at Forum Promotion.
- You have three administrators. I feel the best number is one, and for a forum of your size 3 is too many. Maybe demote one of them to a moderator would help.
- You have a lot of boards. Most of the boards are inactive. All the sub boards could be combined into one for a start. Then you could merge webmaster talk into 2 or 3 boards, with a sub board or 2 in each.
- You do not have a favicon. A favicon makes your forum look more professional. You should consider saving some FP$ to buy one. I suggest using your forums initials.
- Your staff activity is not good. You have an admin without a single post! All admins should be posting around. You also have an admin with only 14 posts, and a reviewer with 29 posts. These stats are not good. You on the other hand have 88 posts, which is great for the amount of posts your forum has. You need to either get your staff posting or get some better staff.
- You don’t have any package staff. This is something many users will join for, you really should have got them before you opened. I think you should hide any offline boards until you are able to open them.

Your forum needs a lot of work. I think your forum requires many changes before it can succeed.
