Creativity
One thing I will say is that you have a very unique and creative idea for your blog. I just think that you need to keep it up with the creativity in order to keep the site growing. You have a very neat idea for the blog but just the idea won't be enough. It seems that your blog is based around general news which can be helpful but in order for you to keep the people and visitors happy, just remember to keep posting more stuff. Your site has a very odd layout though when I first visited the site, I thought it was an issue with my browser really but I realized it was just your site layout. I think that you might want to try getting a new layout really and we will go more in-depth about that soon.
Sidebar
One thing that stood out to me about your site is the sidebar. I think that is a very creative idea but then again, the only negative with it is that it pushes the body and content of the site to the right which looks not only a bit messy but unprofessional and for new sites, they want to have a professional look in order to make the site grow sooner then later. Your navigation regarding the sidebar is a nice little idea but it may also get annoying for some other people who won't like the idea of the sidebar like that. So I would just look into seeing what you can do about that really but otherwise, the sidebar is a really neat idea, I just don't think it is beneficial when it moves the entire site to one side.
Weaknesses:
Theme / Design
I would just like to start off the weaknesses by stating that your theme really has a lot that needs to be worked on. I truly don't see the true professionally of your website and here are a few things that I feel your theme needs some work on. Banner creativity, some people find this to be a major thing that they look into when they go to a site. Your banner is just plain text and is very large, it just doesn't seem very professional. So why not try to lighten up the site a bit by adding a cool banner image and a favicon as well as image before the text of your banner. Just do something creative to make the site a bit more interesting. I would also try changing the motto really, you have it state "A Personal Cricket Blog" but really, your blog is more based around random events of other countries as it seems. Why not try to add more of a theme or scene behind your site to make it stand out a bit more.
Layout
One thing I think you should work on, and that is the layout. The content is just seeming to be everywhere and I think you should try to spread it out a bit and add some lines to split the articles on the main page, I know you have some but they aren't that noticeable. I would also work on some of the navigation. The navigation just seems a bit out of place with it being on the left, why not try making a navigation bar at the top underneath the header. That way, it is more noticeable and gives more room for the body of the site instead of having the body of the site pushed to the right. I just think that you should take a look into how your site is laid out and see what you can do to change things up a bit really.
