Decent Theme
I have reviewed many a website with horrible, grueling themes, but I must say that yours is nice to the eyes. There are a few flaws (that I will touch on in the weaknesses), but other than that, it's very nice and soft. I would suggest perhaps changing the colour of your black banner. It doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the theme, which is white and orange with hints of gray. In addition, look into getting some custom forum icons. I'm not sure what the "Un" stands for, but seeing a big M with an orange circle around it would fit a little better into your forum!

Forum Descriptions
This is one of the most common things I talk to administrators about when I do reviews: their forum descriptions. It's a minute detail that can impact the usage of your forums in a big way. What I want to point out specifically about MoolahCoin is how repeated the descriptions are. Every other forum description contains "This is the section where," or "in here." A good forum provides detailed, unique descriptions of forums to their members. Now, I know how difficult this can be. Whenever I administrate forums, it's probably one of the hardest parts of my job. As hard as it can be, those descriptions need to be changed. Once they are, they will hopefully provide a more dynamic atmosphere for your users. 🙂
Just Another "Coin"
Within the last year, we have seen many new virtual currencies pop up all over the web. I've always had a negative pre-disposition to each of them, mostly because it's just a copy of BitCoin. I was hoping to see a little difference, but unfortunately, I can't even figure out much about the coin itself from your website. Maybe I missed something, meh, I'm not sure... Anyway, I'm not even completely sure where I can buy/sell this coin. There isn't much information on it at all. If I were the founder of MoolahCoin, I would be working on the technical of the coin, making it different, promoting it, etc. Try not to make it just another coin.
Theme Glitches
Throughout your theme, you have a few theme glitches; two that are very noticeable. Contrary to popular streamlining, I'll start at the bottom! Your recent activity area has a very simple, but noticeable glitch.
So you can obviously see the glitch with "Newest Member" and the name of your newest member. Something to look at, definitely! Second, you have another glitch that only appears when the page is shrunk horizontally. When squeezed, your header begins to look very funky...
This, of course, is something to work on fixing soon, because it drastically effects the professionalism and appearance of your forum.
Final Remarks:
You've got a nice forum, but it needs some work. Especially with the fact I feel like it's just another coin. Find something to make it special. Other than that, you have some minor tweaks worth looking into while your forum grows! Good luck with MoolahCoin! 🙂
