Pros:
- I really enjoyed your favicon, It is very unique and enjoyable
🙂. However I would suggest maybe taking out the white background so it's transparent just would seem to look a bit better that way

- Having the notice part right at the top lets users know what is going on right away, I support it 100% really nice place to put all of your notices.
- Having different languages is a plus for any kind of website even if you don't get that country users to join and visit your website it shows that you want others to be able to use the same site. Very nice job putting this addon onto your website for all to use.

- The placement of icons throughout each forum section is very helpful for newcomers and old users to give an extra help point of where to post

- I really like how you have a selection of skins to choose from, However too many can lead into confusion and anger
🙁 I suggest maybe shortening the amount of skins a user can choose from to maybe max of 4.
Side Note: vBulletin has an option with vbplaza that a user can buy a skin, This can also make it so users are more active and have to earn things from the community. However vbplaza costs around $50USD. But it is worth every penny

Cons:
- Advertising your hoster is not wrong however, Making a section just for it just seems a bit unneeded
🙁 I suggest maybe putting in your footer somewhere "Hosted By" Your Company Here or something like that, It just makes your site look a bit more professional.
- I had trouble finding out who was staff usually vBulletin has an option called "View Forum Leaders" However it is not placed anywhere on your forums.
- Way to many stickied posts in the announcement section, Specially when you have the splitter mod in vBulletin as it just makes the page longer than needed, I suggest only making a couple threads as a sticky thread. This will make the page not only shorter but less of a headache to view.
- The default skin isn't very attractive. Just seems a bit too plain. Maybe by going into the css or adding some more custom images you could suit it up for guests to want to join your website. On another note you could always choose another default skin to use.
- You're giving guests way to much to see personally I don't think guests should be able to get to see every skin open to members. Why would they register then? I think you should remove guests from selecting the skin chooser.
