Your Quick Review
Pros:
First thing I notice is the banner. This works great, and I like the personal touch with the TV, which was an obvious choice, but works magnificently. The text and font style goes well with the rest of the theme, and look of the forum.
The skin is also a very nice choice, as well. Soft blue against gray is a very nice look for the atmoshpere of the forum. the onyl thing that looks kinda distorted, is the very top of the forum body, forum name/ topics.posts/ last post by .... cause as you can see, the blue bar gets cut off halway and doens't quite cover all the way to the top of that bar.
After logging on, I remember posting on your forum, and my first thought was that the forum was very nicely layed out, with your categories and board listings. Seems you did an excellent job in that dept.
Cons:
First thing that really looks unattractive are the new/old post icons. They work, but they just look too blocky and choppy, in my opinion. One thing that came to mind, was maybe have some small tv remotes made, and have it highlighted with green around the remote border for new posts, and red for old post. Or maybe even a small green dot for the power button on the remote. Try making something that matches the theme of the forum, and gives it a more personal touch.
Also, the bottom, the "forum statistics"; it looks more like the MSN logo, which makes it very off putting. Why not try a clever touch, even something like the TV guide logo, or something. Maybe not that, but something that refers to the TV, and some kinda info reference would work brilliantly. I just think the huge MSN looking logo may not be the best choice for that image.
Final/General Thoughts:
Seems your forum is doing quite well, but it would be wise to just make more topics in more of the TV sections. even if you don'tlike most of those genres, whip out a TV guide, and just make topics about shows in those genres, so members that do like those shows, can see there'salready a topic to discuss them, and will produce more activity, instead of sitting and waiting for members to make topics on those shows/genres.

The category & board layout. Really stood out as the highlight of the forum, and couldn't have been organized any better.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
For me, I'm just nit picky when it comes to icons on the index page. I feel most of those need to be changed, and given a more personal flavor towards the forum's theme.
