Pros: I love your shrink/expand the header button. It's a nice feature that I haven't seen on many forums before. It's great for member of your forum who are very organized since it allows the member to clean up the look of the forum index by removing some things that they may not have liked.
I was happy to see how active you were as an admin. It is very important for the admin of a forum to be active and interacting with his/her members. When I consider joining a forum I always take into account how active the head administrator is. If the head administrator isn't active it shows me they don't care about the forum and are letting it go. This is not the impression I got with your forum. Good job.
Cons: No forum can do well with only one board. It would be best to have different boards for different topics and then one board for anything that doesn't have it's own board. That way members with specific interests can find things that interest them instead of looking through a bunch of threads on different topics crammed into one board to find the one the want.
Work on getting a theme and custom banner. When I first came to your forum it looked very bland and boring. Your colors are all so dull. Try to brighten the colors and get a nice custom banner that goes with your new theme or if you can't get a new theme then for your current one. You can request a custom banner here on Forum Promotion and I'm sure one of our members will gladly make you one in exchange for FP cash. :yes:
On some of your pages I saw ads on the left side of the forum. It would be better to move and place those ads on the bottom of the forum below your copyright symbol/information. That way there still there but they don't get in the way of other members while there browsing the forum and trying to post around. There's nothing worse then having a big old banner in your face while your concentrating on making a post.
Final/General Thoughts: You have a lot of work to do so get to work. If you focus and spend time working on fixing up the forum I'm sure you can make this a good general talk forum.

Try to add some new boards and categories for those members who might want to talk about something specific and wouldn't want to take the time to look through all those threads to find that one topic that interests them.
