Pros:
First thing I notice is the banner, with the leaves, gives it a fall feeling, which is the season now.
I don't really know any spanish, but I can read some of that and tell you're running a work out forum of some kind, off the word " FISICULTURISTAS " which I know means bodybuilding or physical training.. but I think the board is laid out perfectly.
Cons:
Your banner mentions your forums host, Area 69, powering communities, and that's huge, and takes up a ton of room, but the words that show your site name, and your sites catchphrase, are small, and you don't even get drawn to them. As far as I can tell, when I click onto your site, I feel like I'm at a site called Area 69.
I think you need an established news board, other than just an announcements category, but no news board, so you can give your member news.
You do much affiliate stuff. Those affiliate buttons, not to sound harsh, but they ruin your sites appearance. You have way too many affiliate, and they are in a very bad area, you don't want your affiliate links all the way at the top where they destroy appearance.
Final/General Thoughts:
overall, your board has some potential, for Spanish people interested in bodybuilding, you just really, really, need to get rid of those affiliate images, and try a new banner, those are the main issues right now.
