My first impression was something you want to wish all your guests have: Nice forum! You have a nice theme. I like the shade of green you choose for the theme and the new/old buttons are very nicely done and they match the rest of the theme.

Your forum's boards are arranged well. You have the important ones above all the others, then the entertainments boards and the your general discussion ones. Good job arranging and organizing the boards. I also like how your forum index is not loaded with tons of boards. It's nice to keep things under control. I like the descriptions you choose for your boards. It tells me exactly what I'm going to find topic wise inside that specific board. Good job for making everything clear. Sometimes believe it or not that can be hard to do.

Your spelling and punctuation is near perfect. Most of your threads have only a few small errors. Good job of proof reading and spell checking your posts. It's always impressive to read good quality posts by the administrator of a forum. It shows me there serious and want the quality of there forum to be high.

You have such a nice theme, yet you have no custom banner. I would really suggest getting a custom banner that goes with your theme to give it a 10/10 on appearance. Custom banners for themes are a very important part of the theme. That is something you don't want to cut out.

Right now you are very over staffed. According to your 24 hours list your staff to member ratio is 1:1. Try to cut down on your staff numbers and definitely don't hire any new administrators/super moderators/moderators until your numbers increase by a large amount. Being over staffed is not a good thing.

The right side of your forum is cluttered with all those widgets. Why don't you add a portal and move all your widget onto it? That way if members want to view the portal and the stats they can, but they also have the choice to not view them by not visiting your portal. If you really want to keep your Alexa review button on your main forum index I would consider moving it to either your index footer or header, preferably your footer.



13yh2c5.webpFinal/General Thoughts: Overall you have a nice setup. You need to start focusing on the smaller things in the picture though. Put yourself in the position of a regular member or guest. How would you like your forum if it wasn't yours?

What was most liked about the website/forums: What I most liked about the forum was the theme, aside from having no custom banner. I love the color green you choose and the new/old buttons like I said are nicely done and flow with the rest of the forum's theme.

What was disliked most about the website/forums: What I disliked most about your forum was the cluttering of the forum index with all those widgets and the one Alexa banner. Take those and place them somewhere else, like a portal if you really want to keep them.

Few errors of your review,

1: There is a banner, you should have refreshed to see it.
2: There are only 3 staff members, 1admin(me) 1 super moderator(aeman) and one moderator(fords)

How can this be overstaff?
The VIPs are not staff memers that is just another group with a higher rank.

and about the 3rd con, you are right about it. I'll consider it soon.

1) I just tried again and I see no banner. :shrug: I pressed refresh a few times and nothing filled the white box where a banner is supposed to be.

2) In your 24 hours list three staff members have logged online along with three regular members. That means for each staff member you have one member with is a staff to member ratio of 1:1. You don't need three staff members to manage three members. I also didn't consider the staff VIPs. You had one Administrator, one Super Moderator and one Moderator online in the past 24 hours.
