Your Quick Review
Pros:
- The theme is very unique and used a lot. I mean you used it very well for most people being able to use it. I really like the easy layout and icons that make the forum seem calm yet attractive at the same time.
- I noticed the wide variety of sections you offer users to talk and discuss in I was amazed at how many you managed to make and still keep the forum home area small and not over loaded with sections nice job! :cheer:
- The portal looks amazing nicely used. and only items which you and your users will need being on your forums. One section which I think is great but when you get a bigger team should be cut is "The Team" I mean it's fine for a while just wanted to put it out there when your forum gets bigger and need of more staff that's going to get longer. Other than that great additions your have on the portal.
- I noticed that not many forums do this anymore, However you made a section that says Click here to Register within the forum sections this draws users attentions even more since they probably will be viewing your forum section first.
Cons:
- The logo and banner looks great however I believe that comes with the style, As a psd or whatever. So I think you should work into making your own custom banner to make your forum appeal more than the rest that use that style.
- As Iv said numerous times to numerous websites and forums, Having a chatbox is great but the idea of running a forum or website is really to make your guests want to say now if they go to the chatbox you have. Then some might be eager to go to other websites and or forums while chatting and only go to your chatbox.
So what I'm suggesting is that you somehow incorporate the chatbox or another version of one into your forums.
- One thing that I would change in my opinion is making it so the "forum rules" can be viewed from forum section throughout the board this way users can always check the rules whenever they need to quickly check or update their mind of the rules.
- There was a voting section to a forum topsite, I think you should grab their button and add to a section under the footer or make a section and or add a mod to display your voting icons.
- I noticed that the portal isn't your main area when viewing your site for the first time, So having the portal is kinda pointless as the portal acts as your "homepage".
Final/General Thoughts:
Your forum has just about anything which is great for users that just want to chat and have fun.
I noticed a section that I think you forgot which was a gaming section for video games.

The design was favored but also disliked in my opinion as it looks great hands down however a lot of forums use this for some odd reason.
