Your Quick Review
Pros:
- 10K posts is very good for a forum your age. You've been open a little over half a year and so 10,000 posts is very good. Some of your forums have barely any posts in them though, you should try to focus activity on those.
- I like your skin. It's very modern looking. The dark colors go well with the blue, and the entire skin looks very glossy. The elements of your skin come together very well for an overall great looking forum.
- Your staff seemed to act professional around the forum, as well as your members. Most posts and forums had good grammar and spelling. Definitely a good thing, nobody wants to join an unprofessional forum.
- You use AJAX chat, which is a very nice choice. It links accounts very well and is very easy to moderate in that sense. Good choice and setup.
Cons:
- You really should not be announcing bans to the public. Ban details and reasons should be between the staff and the user not involved. I would not want the whole world to know on the forum every thing I did wrong. Especially since you say, "7: DON'T discuss a moderator or admin's actions or inaction in public. If you think a staff member is abusing his or her position, report it at once in private messaging." Users should be treated with the same respect.
- Most of your forum's posts is on the forum games. That is not good. They should be spread out, and many forums have little to no posts. Try to put limits on that forum or even just announce that people should be posting elsewhere as well.
- Some of your descriptions could be improved,
"You tube movies to share with the world and "Why is You Tube so stupid"? and other trivial (j/k) discussions." should be, "YouTube movies to share with the world and "Why is YouTube so stupid?" and other trivial (just kidding) discussions."
"j/k" isn't really professional looking. It's fine to put a joke, just spell out just kidding.
Final/General Thoughts: The issues I had were minor.
