Pros: Your layout is organized.
Cons: I don't really expect this theme on a WoW forum entitled "Undead Forums." I expect something dark and spooky looking. Maybe you could use a Halloween theme of some sort. The current theme is a bit boring, and it doesn't really suit your purposes.
There aren't very many posts and members, and you've only had one member connected in the past twenty-four hours. You should probably do some post exchanges to make your forum appear more active to prospective members. A lot of your forums are also nearly empty. Post exchanges could help you fill them with threads and replies.
Not every user got a very warm welcome. Make sure that, at the bare minimum, every staff member is replying to welcome threads.
Your layout runs a bit long. I would recommend removing or merging any forums that don't get much use. You could also use sub-forums to save space on your index.
Your descriptions are pretty short and bland. You should make sure that every description is at least one or two meaty sentences. Make sure they make a good impression on prospective members and thoroughly describe the forums.
