Pros: I REALLY like your banner! It's wonderful, and it suits the subject of your forum perfectly! I also like the menu at the top.

I don't really like how long your header is. It takes up one full page for me, and I'm using the 1440x900 resolution. I don't know if you can fix this problem on your host, but if you can, it would be very helpful.
You have tons of empty forums on your index, and you have very few posts and registered users. You should do some post exchanges to get your forum's activity started. Having more posts and less empty forums would also make your forum look better to prospective members.
You have tons of forums on your index. I would definitely recommend cutting a few of them out. Having fewer forums would make your forum easier to navigate and it would also make your forum look more active by squeezing your posts together. Your forums wouldn't look so empty. I can see a few changes you could make to condense your index. I would recommend making "Clans" a sub-forum under "Multiplayer." I would also recommend making "Make a Match" a sub-forum under "Multiplayer." I would also recommend making "Unlocks" a sub-forum "Multiplayer." Unless I'm mistaken (I haven't really played since CoD4), you can only unlock things in multiplayer. If you can find any other ways to condense your index, then you should definitely do it. It would make your forum much lighter.
Some of your descriptions are very short. Also, you capitalize every word in your descriptions. You should write in complete sentences for your descriptions, and every description should be at least one or two meaty sentences. Aside from the first letter of each sentence, you only need to capitalize proper names (e.g. "Call of Duty," "CoD Black Ops Forum") in the middle of a sentence. Having nicer descriptions would make prospective members more likely to join; it will make it clear to them that you've put lots of effort into your forum (as I'm very sure that you have).
