Your Quick Review
Pros:
-I really like your navigation bar. I think it's really clean and interesting; it blends well with the rest of the theme.
-I love how you have a background to the log in widget above the forum. That's really interesting, and kind of adds some color to the index.
-I think that the amount of staff you currently have on the board is great for a forum of your size. Good job with that.
Cons:
-Your forums banner does not have your forums name on it. That's not good at all, before you take any other steps forward in the development in the forum you should change it. I think that some sort of icon relating to your forum name then the forum name in some pretty, white text would look nice with your theme.
-The forum doesn't have a favicon. It should, because when a member (or potiental member) bookmarks your forum they probably don't want to see the typical
favicon. I would recommend that you go to
Free Favicon to find a nice one for your forum.
-According to your statistics your forum has "Total Posts: 82, Total Topics: 35". On the forum index I can only see three topics and no posts. I can also only see one category, the rules and news forum. I would recommend you allow some - if not all - of the main content forums to be views by guests
-According to the statistics your forum only has 82 posts - that's not really good. I would recommend you order posting packages or do posting exchanges with others to get some forum content on your forum.
-I think you should make the forum/widget minimizing/collapsing buttons a gray color or a darker blue.
. They just look kind of out of place as the color they currently are. But, if you were to make the text in the banner that shade of blue then they would look fine.
-I strongly dislike how you have widgets on both sides of the forum. The main part of your website apparently is the forum, so widgets that are less important should not be taking up so much of the forum index page. I would recommend that you get rid of the left side widgets and move the ones on the left to the right.
Final/General Thoughts: I really like your theme, but think that you have a lot of improvements overall that could and should be made to your forum.
