Pros
-I really like your theme. It's easy on the eyes and very appealing.
-The forum icons look rather nice. They make the forum look more fun.
-I like the button that floats in the bottom corner that I can click to take me back to the top of the forum -- it's helpful and a very nice feature.
-I like the banner. It's a bit bland honestly, but it fits the theme very nicely.
Cons
-The "the only people who.." widget gets cut off. That should be fixed.
-Are widgets are longer than the forums themselves -- I would recommend that you get rid of some widgets or make some smaller, because most people are not fond of the way that looks.
-You have no favicon. You should have one so that when people bookmark your site it stands out against the others. If you can't make one yourself or can't get someone else to make one for you, I would recommend that you find one from this site -

-I think that you using the default username "admin" makes you look kind of robotic, unfriendly, and hard to approach (from a users point of view). I think you should change your username to something to represent you instead of just "admin". You also don't have many posts -- that makes it look like you're not interested in your community. I think it would benefit you greatly if you created more discussions and were more active in general in your community. The administration and staff of a community are an example; if you're not active, then how can you expect users to be active if their example is not?
-I can't find a topic with the forum rules or guidelines in it? If you have one, I would recommend you making it easier to spot. If you don't have one, I would recommend that you make one. It's kind of a standard for a forum to have some kind of rule topic or page.
-The forum width is a bit wide by just a little bit. This is more of a pet peeve than anything -- but many find it slightly annoying.
