Pros
You have a great color scheme, the green is a nice soft color below the gray you have hinted in. The bar on top of your logo is really nice. I am not exactly sure how you managed that but it looks really good and is very nice.
The logo is very well done. You cut out the people and team logos very well. Just make sure you have permission to use them.
Great forum icons, I like the soccer icons looks so great.
You have a good amount of activity, a lot of members come back to post. Good for the time you have been open for.

Cons
Your Favicon looks a little distorted and pixilated. Try and make one that fits better in a small size?
The affiliates area is a little messy. You have two of your affiliates, one with the code below it and one just randomly under the others. I also see some broken images. Make sure your affiliates are always up.

I'd move the link "Portal" before "Search" on the menu bar at the top. It would just help keep the order of importance and general web layout.
Instead of having the "Staff Affiliates", move it to the spot under the current affiliates where your affiliate image is now. Make it so the staff affiliates don't move like the regular ones to distinguish it.
