Your Quick Review
Pros: You have fantastic, in depth forum descriptions which most sites lack, I really enjoyed reading them, your have got a good overall layout, when the site gets more active, look at making the less active forums, into subforums. The theme while rather basic and something I have see hundred times before it was easy to navigate around.
You look to be very dedicated to your forum and have already notched up a good post count and you have good knowledge of pokemon which is good. Your activity and post count are very good for such a new forum, over the next month or so you need to look at doubling you post per day count, remember to do posting exchanges and a few posting packages to help you along the way.
Cons:
Right the down points, the site theme while it was easy to use has been used too often and because there are so many pokemon forums out there you need to stand out from the crowd, you really need a unique theme, which is not always possible but if it is something you should look at. I didn't like the site banner it look basic and pixilated, with Pokemon forums there are some fantastic renders and logos out there and you need to again have something better that your current on.
Then only other thing I can say is a con is little things like the lack of a favicon, also look at getting affiliated with other Pokemon forums as it can help boost your members and activity.
Final/General Thoughts: You have made a great start and you points score would have been better if it wasn't for your basic theme and the less than impressive banner
