Site Layout
Your forum in very clean and organized. It is laid out in a very clean manner and that is something I like to see regardless of what kind of site you have. Keeping your forum as easy to browse as possible will help your members a lot. Having a forum that is too cluttered will only frustrate them and they will quickly leave or some individuals will not join at all. Regardless of where you go with your forum, I suggest keeping this up to avoid that frustration.
Weaknesses:
Graphics
You have some nice icons for each area of the forum and everything looks pretty clean. However, the graphics aren't too spectacular. The graphics look too "general" and doesn't help your forum stand out from the rest of the forums out there that offer the same things as your forum. You want to make sure that the graphics don't take away from what your forum has to offer but at the same time they can add to your forum and help you stand out. You can have someone make a new "theme" or "skin" for your forum or adding some new graphics to it to make it different. All you have to do is go to the "Marketplace" section of Forum Promotion and put in a request for some graphics. I'm sure there will be another member that could help you out. After all, that is what that is there for.
"Statistics & Activity" and "Content"
The statistics and activity for your forum isn't bad for a forum that has only been open for a month and a half (or there abouts). I noticed that you were having a posting contest and offer cash $ as a prize. That is one good way to boost the activity on a forum. You could also offer some of your services to people who win a contest since part of what your forum offers.
Also, you have a pretty fair amount of content on your forum, however, you need to make sure your content stands out from the crowd. There are a lot of promotional / admin forums out there so you need to make sure that what you have is unique. Otherwise, your forum will just look like everyone else. All it may take is just you and the rest of your staff adding different content around your forum to spruce things up a bit.

Overall, I think you have a nice, clean site. I think with just a few minor changes that you could help your forum stand out from the crowd and make it better by leaps and bounds. Keep up the good effort and don't give up, and you will go far with your forum.
