Pros
- You have got over 2000 posts and 20 members since a month ago. This means you have an average of 100 posts per member, which is amazing, well done.
- I like your skin. Personally I always prefer dark skins.
Cons
Your forum icons. They are much smaller then the space you have and look very boring. You should get some new custom ones.
- You should get a TLD. It shows you are serious about your forum. And it makes it much easier to remember.
- You have three administrators. I feel the best number is one, and for a forum of your size 3 is too many. Maybe demote one of them to a moderator would help.
- You appear to have 4 staff members. I think this is a bit much for your forum. You should have 2 or 3 staff members, and I don't see the need to have three admins. You should stick with one or two admins and a moderator.
- Your favicon is a bit boring. I think you should use your forums initials, HA. It's simple and easy.
- I don't like your banner. It is just red text with a sword underneath. I recommend getting a custom one from someone here at FP.
- Off topic doesn't need it's own category. You should just move off topic to Entertainment. Reading and writing only has one post, I think you should remove this board as you can not keep it active. Sports is also a bit inactive, I think you should make this a sub board under off topic. I think news should also be moved to Entertainment.
- You don't have a board for introductions! This is a good way to make members feel welcome. I recommend adding one.
