Our target audience is skilled to newbie photographers, and not necessarily people who have experience with various forum softwares; this is why I've worked to simplify the forum as much as possible so there's no confusion or distractions. The last review gave me a bit of criticism for this so I tried to compromise and find a point in-between.

Content Layout
I am impressed with the precise content management. The forum has a straightforward approach, making it easy for users to find and search for their queries. It is efficiently organized with maximum exposure given to photography related sub-forums. The inclusion of smartphone photography forum is very resourceful. More and more people are using their mobile phones to capture precious moments, and this section can turn into a likable segment of your overall forum. Be sure to maintain balance in your layout, though; most of the emphasis should be placed on the photography categories as it is now. Be sure not to change the focus if you change the layout.
Grammatical Prowess
Your descriptions are simply brilliant. Anybody who looks at your forum can tell that you've put a lot of effort into them. You have some minor grammar mistakes (sentence fragments, capitalization), but they are very minor; most people probably wouldn't even notice them. I would say that you've done a very nice job with your descriptions! They don't really need to be changed at all.
Weaknesses:
Appearance
The forum caters to photography enthusiasts. The users will be expecting the site to be more appealing towards them. I don’t see any photography related icons that can catch the attention of users. Customizing your forum appearance to match the subject content is necessary to keep your users engaged. Apart from user generated avatars, there is a sever lack of photography images in the forum. The logo would be a nice place to start the aesthetic revamping of the forum. Your logo and overall theme is a bit off putting. The colors in this theme don't go together very well in my opinion. Quite frankly, I would choose a different theme. I don't think that this theme is very aesthetically appealing, and I don't think that it suits your forum very well.
Forum Activity
According to my calculations, your forum receives about 7 posts from each of your 47 members. There is plenty of room for improvement in your activity. I would recommend sending out a mass e-mail to your users to let them know that your forum is still running. Some of them may have forgotten that your forum exists. After you have done that, I would recommend signing up on other photography-related forums and posting around a bit wearing a link to your forum in your signature. Promotion forums may also be useful to you; be sure to check out all the services that Forum Promotion provides. Since the majority of members who have visited are most inactive, it makes it look like only few members has lively in the forum. While this is obviously beyond your control, I would recommend trying to get more users to visit to make up for the ones who are invisible. Other than that, though, you have promising statistics, and you don't have any empty forums.
Final Remarks:
It appears that you have made a good attempt thus far. Some things about your forum just aren't working in my opinion, though; the good news is that most of these things are fairly easy to correct. Once you have corrected the minor flaws, you should pick up your advertising more. The forum has lot of potential in near future. A more attractive forum would ensure in more user involvement. Unique content coupled with improved appearance is certain to lay the foundation of building a successful forum giving you members who are attracted to niche forum such as yours.
